1. Acceptance of Terms

8. Limitation of Liability

pharcade provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. pharcade shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment provider issues. In all cases, pharcade's maximum liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
